Congratulations to pupils from Strathblane Primary School (Stirling) who won the Scottish European Educational Trust’s National Euroquiz Final 2020, which took place online earlier this week. The winners from Strathblane were closely followed by Linlithgow Primary School (2nd place) and Carrick Knowe Primary School (3rd place). Over 2,200 pupils from 440 schools took part in the Euroquiz project in 2020, which really highlights the achievements of all schools who made it to the final.

Given the current safety restrictions, we were unfortunately unable to host the event in the Scottish Parliament this year. However, we were determined to give pupils the opportunity to showcase their knowledge and hard work, so SEET decided to run a virtual event with schools tuning in remotely. This is the first time SEET has run an online event of this scale and we were delighted to have the opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our fantastic Euroquiz participants. You can watch the event below.

Thank you to all participants for taking part in Euroquiz 2020. Well done!
